Our Accessible Yoga Zoom Series offers a supportive \n\n\n\nspace to move\, breathe\, and reconnect with your body — whether you’re seated\, standing\, or navigating mobility challenges. \n\n\n\nClasses are live online\, allowing you to join from the comfort of your home\, with modifications to suit your individual needs. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nTime: 9:30–10:30 AM \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nTake a gentle step into the new year — move\, breathe\, and feel supported with our caring online community. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nEach week we’ll explore: \n\n\n\nGentle Movement & Stretching – safe\, adaptable poses for every body \n\n\n\nBreathwork & Energy – simple pranayama to calm the mind or energize the body \n\n\n\nMindfulness & Relaxation – guided meditation and visualisations \n\n\n\nStrength & Balance – gentle exercises to support everyday life \n\n\n\nDavid has been enjoying the wonders of Yoga for many years\, he is now chairman of the YHET. \n\n\n\n“My journey began over 30 years ago when I attended a Meditation session. Its effect was profound. I became happier\, calmer and serene. This led me to Yoga Classes. Again the effect was transformational and my whole lifestyle began to blossom and grow.During my travels around the world and especially in India\, I experienced many different types of yoga from the very strong to the soothingly gentle. But in all the different forms that Yoga takes\, the underlying themes of inner peace\, love and well-being shine through. Living becomes a joy and opens you to the magic of yourself.” \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nDavid is now director of The Inner Healing School of Yoga \, a family run business for over 35 years . The school is based on the philosophy of Yoga is for all\, regardless of age\, sex\, or religious background. Yoga\, when properly taught is a therapy which opens you to a higher level of fitness and radiant health. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nThrough his journey with Yoga David has trained in depth in India as well as under such well known Yoga Teachers as Alan Oakman\, Gary Carter\, Muz Murray\, David Sye\, Godfrey Devereux….. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nWhile at University in Hull he discovered the power of meditation which was taught by Monks and later he embraced the healing vibrations of Mantra. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nLaughter Yoga\, Yoga Nidra\, Touch for Health and Indian Head Massage are also aspects of yoga that he loves to impart. He is a popular teacher who is most inspirational and full of good humour.
