SUMMARY:A Relaxing Weekend of Yoga and AGM at CIM Cookham.
DESCRIPTION:Saturday October 10th – Sunday October 11th 2026 \n\n\n\nA chance to meet\, explore and share yoga at this super new venue.\n\n\n\nCIM Business\, School Lane\, Cookham. SL6 9QH\n\n\n\n\n\nArrival 9.30am first yoga session 10.30am \n\n\n\nTime to enjoy one another’s company with inspiring and relaxing yoga\, meditation\, pranayama and nidra and international folk dance in this exciting new venue by the Thames. We invite you to join us in a nurturing\, peaceful and supportive environment. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe cost includes yoga and meditation sessions on Saturday morning followed by lunch.  \n\n\n\nIn the afternoon we will enjoy some downtime to relax\, socialise or explore followed by an international folk dancing session with Anne. \n\n\n\nDinner will be followed by the AGM with a drink from the bar courtesy of YHET. \n\n\n\nSaturday night accommodation.  \n\n\n\nAn early morning stretch followed by breakfast and more sessions including Words and Music. \n\n\n\nLunch on Sunday followed by relaxing sessions before bidding fond farewells. \n\n\n\nClosing circle 3.30 pm.  \n\n\n\n Tea\, coffee and water always available \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nThe cost for members £225.00. \n\n\n\nThe cost for non-members is £255.00. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nThere is a limited number of rooms \n\n\n\nPLEASE DO NOT CONTACT VENUE DIRECTLY \n\n\n\nThere is a possibility to stay on Friday night – this should be booked by contacting Alison Francis alisonfrancis@ymail.com \n\n\n\nPlease contact alisonfrancis@ymail.com if you would like to attend but are experiencing financial hardship and we will see if we can help. \n\n\n\nPlease give us dietary details when booking.
