Gentle Yoga Session led by Sharòn Cohen

GENTLE YOGA SESSION - ONLINE VIA ZOOM ON 23rd MAY 2024

Session will be led by Sharòn Cohen

Sharòn has been practising yoga for almost 25 years and graduated as a yoga teacher from the Bushey School of Yoga (200 hours). She discovered early on how deeply supportive and enriching yoga could be and continues to be in her everyday life, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

Sharòn teaches weekly Online and In person Private & Group yoga classes & on yoga residential weekends and workshops for the Yoga for Health Trust (YHET), also Well-Being sessions for office staff and a yoga session at a Mindfulness Retreat.

Much of what Sharòn shares and offers is inspired by the spiritual teachings of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras & also Louise Hay, Eckhart Tolle, Ram Dass & Melody Beattie. Above all, they continue to remind her to enquire, feel & teach from her heart, the most authentic & beautiful way.

In this online session with Sharòn, she will share some mid-week madhura, sweetness - a kind & loving space in which to pause for a while, to observe your breath & to gently cultivate peace & stillness within mind, body & spirit.

Our practise will include Relaxation, asana practice & Meditation.
