Gentle Accessible Yoga Session 8 – With David Cosserat – Online Zoom.

Begin 2026 with a gentle, grounding practice designed for all abilities. Our Accessible Yoga Zoom Series offers a supportive
space to move, breathe, and reconnect with your body — whether you’re seated, standing, or navigating mobility challenges.
Classes are live online, allowing you to join from the comfort of your home, with modifications to suit your individual needs.
Time: 9:30–10:30 AM

Each week we’ll explore:
Gentle Movement & Stretching – safe, adaptable poses for every body
Breathwork & Energy – simple pranayama to calm the mind or energize the body
Mindfulness & Relaxation – guided meditation and visualisations
Strength & Balance – gentle exercises to support everyday life
David has been enjoying the wonders of Yoga for many years, he is now chairman of the YHET.

But in all the different forms that Yoga takes, the underlying themes of inner peace, love and well-being shine through. Living becomes a joy and opens you to the magic of yourself.”
David is now director of The Inner Healing School of Yoga , a family run business for over 35 years . The school is based on the philosophy of Yoga is for all, regardless of age, sex, or religious background. Yoga, when properly taught is a therapy which opens you to a higher level of fitness and radiant health.
Through his journey with Yoga David has trained in depth in India as well as under such well known Yoga Teachers as Alan Oakman, Gary Carter, Muz Murray, David Sye, Godfrey Devereux…..
While at University in Hull he discovered the power of meditation which was taught by Monks and later he embraced the healing vibrations of Mantra.
Laughter Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Touch for Health and Indian Head Massage are also aspects of yoga that he loves to impart. He is a popular teacher who is most inspirational and full of good humour. He has the unique ability to inspire deeper understanding of the mystery and beauty of yoga.
