
The Mill dates from 1846 when it was a Camembert cheese factory on the river Bresse
There will be an opportunity to explore wild water swimming or dipping under expert guidance from Sue Eddy – STA L2 Open Water Swim Coach, & STA L2 Open Water Safety qualified (ie rescue & 1st aid)

Some bedrooms are small and some are large, there are singles, doubles, twins, a triple and two quadruples. There is a self-contained barn with 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom.
There are no en-suite rooms. All rooms will be with shared bathrooms.
Rooms will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
There are 2 gypsy caravans if you’re feeling adventurous. You will need to bring towels.
You can book on the website, and we require a £250 non-refundable deposit. The balance will be due by June 30th2026. Please make sure you have adequate travel insurance.
This event is initially open only to members and we expect it to be extremely popular. Membership of YHET is £25 and available on the website. If anyone would like to bring a non-yogi partner they would be very welcome for the same cost.

Transport to the centre is available from Maidstone and should be booked and paid for separately on the website. Travel is in a minibus for 16 persons max. and cost is £95 return, the minibus will leave Maidstone and will arrive at the Mill late afternoon.
On the 6th September collection will be from Maidstone at 10.20am with arrival at the Mill at around 4.30pm.
On the 13th September departure from the Mill will be at 11.45am with arrival in Maidstone at around 3.30pm.
This needs to be booked and paid for now.
Once 16 people have booked the minibus will be full. After that you will need to find your own transport – maybe sharing cars?


We will have a beautiful yoga room and space to practise outside if the weather is clement. There will be one morning and one evening yoga session each day. There is a 10-person sauna near the lake.
Yoga mats and blocks are provided by the centre. Good WiFi throughout. Bikes to use including one electric bike and a tandem. 2 paddle boards. A large rowing boat and a canoe for our use. The closest village AUMALE is a 2 mile walk away.
We have organised two day trips in the minibus. (We need a minimum of 10 people)
These will cost £50 per person each, excluding any entry fees/ boat trips etc.,This is to cover the use of the mini bus with Pawel as our driver and need to be reserved and paid for now.
There is 1 electric car charging point 7kw type 2 socket.
