Gentle Zoom Yoga including Asana, pranayama, and mudra ending with savasana accompanied by a background mantra. Hosted by Claire Stevens
Yoga for Health and Education Trust (YHET)
£5.00 for members £7.50 for non members with free zoom recording.
April 21 @ 6:45 pm – 8:30 pm

We find ourselves one month into spring and this class has been inspired by the unfurling of Spring.
The class will include asana, pranayama, mudra and end with savasana accompanied by a mantra in the background. Together we’ll explore movement with multiple options, on the mat or chair, so each of us can choose which version feels right in the moment. You are invited to work with your breath, turn your awareness inwards and be guided by your inner wisdom – unfurling and opening to your true nature.
Please bring a blanket or jumper to wrap up warm and cosy for relaxation and any cushions or props you would normally use to support you in your yoga practice.
Claire trained in Yoga Foundations with the Yoga for Health and Education Trust (YHET) in 2007/2008 and completed her 200 hour teacher training in Yoga and Hot Yoga with Yogafurie in 2023/2024. She qualified as a Lakshmi Voelker Chair Yoga teacher in 2025 and a Laughter Yoga Leader in 2026. She is currently pursuing her 300 hour teacher training with Intelligent Yoga Teacher Training (IYTT) under the guidance of Catherine Annis.
Claire has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and enjoys drawing from her experience of a variety of styles to enrich her classes, bringing focus to the breath, and inviting self enquiry to find the yoga that nourishes you. Her classes encourage you to be curious and to explore what is available to you in the moment.
Places on this workshop are limited and Registration closes at 7.00pm on 20th April.
You will require Zoom set up on your PC, tablet or Ipad prior to the session. Please contact us if you need any assistance to do this. Mobile phones are not suitable for these online sessions as the screen is too small.
